Good:
-Separate padded laptop pouch, TSA friendly. This is a great feature as the full-open zip is not only TSA friendly, but also helps with access to the bag if you require it. I've been on several flights and it's nice not having to take my laptop out of its bag, but take note that at least for Pearson international in Canada they ask that you take the computer out regardless. The adjustable strap makes it easy to fit either my old laptop that I keep for personal trips, or a slimmer work laptop
-Extremely comfortable. The straps are shaped so that the backpack fits snugly and pressure is distributed very evenly. The foam backing also adjusts to the contour of my back, but note that you can still get sweaty back syndrome on a hot day
-Numerous pockets. I don't use the headphone pouch, but it, the phone, and the tablet pouch are nicely lined with soft material. The internal documents folder was way more helpful than I expected- no more crunched sheets of loose paper or bent notebooks. This backpack swallows everything from full textbooks to everything you need for a weekend getaway
-The strap that goes over a carry-on handle is a simple feature but makes travelling through the airport a breeze, particularly with swivelly bags.
-I appreciate the side pockets with stretchy elastics to conform to umbrellas and bottles and holds them in place
-Overall quality of the bag is very good. In fact, the backpack after holding so much of my crap through travel and work, still holds onto its shape and doesn't turn into a floppy mess. The bag is built so that it's unlikely that you'll rip it if you load it all the way up, the zippers and grabs are substantial, and the bag just gives you a general feeling that it will last forever. If it doesn't, it has a lifetime warranty, which as I'll explain below, is quite handy.
Cons:
-Looks... like a backpack. This may be the go-to option if you're after a discreet or "business backpack", but it's not particularly glamorous or fashionable in any sense. If you're a student with a penchant for putting buttons or badges or the like, this is a good backpack to start off with since the front face is so flat and square.
-The main compartment doesn't have the traditional massively thick and strong zipper that Samsonites are known for, with a beefy grab. This one will do the job, but I'm not careful about opening and closing the backpack whereas for other Samsonites I would just wrench on those zippers without any care.
-The top handle is very nice to hold. Unfortunately, in my case, probably due to the abuse that I subject all of my travel bags to, I managed to get it to rip on one side. So top tip: if this bag is lodged between several other bags, don't yank on it like there's no tomorrow trying to get it out, treat your stuff better than I do and kick other people's bags out of the way first =) Luckily, Samsonite has a global lifetime warranty. I took the bag to the nearest service center, and they fixed it good as new (in fact they added additional stitching to make the zone tougher).
Conclusion: For the price, this is by far the best backpack I have ever bought, and I'm seriously in love with it. It's become one of my go-to travel companions, and while it might not be pretty, it does everything you can ask for it, with tons of features that simply make your travelling life easier more comfortable. The fact that it's backed up with a lifetime warranty and is so cheap when on sale makes it a complete winner.
I have not experienced the threads coming loose that some have either. My backpack is as put-together as the day that I bought it. The material is very sturdy and appears to be very well constructed. It would take a pretty sharp object to even puncture this thing. Even with frequent handling, it looks fantastic and not worn at all. The straps aren't terribly long, but I am a pretty big person and it is still pretty comfortable even after wearing it for a few hours while standing around in an airport. I am particularly fond of the loop that slides right over my suitcase handle! That is a feature that I wasn't so sure about but will never again buy a backpack that does not include one - should I ever manage to wear this one out.
The backpack itself is comfortable and well sized. The laptop compartment is by itself closest to the straps, so is well protected from all directions. The laptop compartment zips open to lie flat on an x-ray machine, with a strap to hold the laptop securely in its compartment while going through security. So far, in several trips through TSA scanners I have not had to take the laptop out, although that is not guaranteed. The compartment comfortably fits an older (not thin) 15" Dell; it can be adjusted for smaller and thinner computers as well. If you have a 17" laptop, this is probably not for you.
The main compartment is roomy, with a couple of dividers for holding documents, and enough space to hold a power supply, a bag of cables, and miscellaneous tools. The outside compartments are lined with fabric to protect whatever you need, and are easily accessible. There are stretchy bottle holder compartments on each side of the backpack on the outside. I usually keep pens and highlighters clipped into these for easy access.
And the most important travel feature, for me - the back of the bag has a strap across it, that slips perfectly over the handle of my rollaboard. That one touch is the reason I settled on this bag over the other options - it makes airport travel so much nicer. The strap is long enough that it will go over the handle on any rollaboard I have seen, but it holds the bag securely on top of your luggage.
So far, after almost 4 months of daily use and multiple trips, everything is holding up well. No signs of wear at all, just a little dirt. I expect to be using this for years to come.

Por el precio pagado 1,275 creo que se obtiene lo justo.
UPDATE 10/19/16: now ive had this for almost 2 years. Still in good as new condition! like i just got it y-day. Very strong material. No problems with it. Would definitely buy again.
Side note: I cut the laptop compartment as i didnt need the dedicated compartment, which freed up some space once i cut it with scizzors! I just put my laptop in the main large pocket and it fits fine and doesnt cause any problems.
However the experiense is very bad. The product took over a month to arrive , I had to pay additional taxes in the custom house and the suitcase was badly damaged.
